PENMEN CASH

Penmen Cash is an account into which funds can be deposited and then accessed with the SNHU ID card when making purchases at any of our participating locations. The ID card is swiped through a terminal (in the same manner that a credit card is used), and the amount of the purchase is deducted from the account balance. This account cannot be overdrawn because the card holder can spend only the amount that is in the account.  Funds deposited on your Penmen Cash account will no longer be accepted at the laundry and vending machines.

STUDENT PENMEN CHANGE

Penmen Change is a separate account on your SNHU ID card that is used for laundry and vending transactions, as well as at the Hospitality Restaurant, Caffé E Dolce and the Bookstore (Follett). Funds can be deposited through the "cash-to-card" machine in front of the bookstore, the Office of the Bursar, or by transferring Penmen Cash funds at the Sodexo Office in the cafeteria.

FACULTY/STAFF PENMEN CHANGE

Your current Penmen Cash account will now be known as your Penmen Change account. Your Penmen Change account will still honor the faculty and staff discounts and be accepted at the same locations. Deposits to your Penmen Change account can be made at the “cash-to-card” machine in front of the Bookstore or at the Office of the Bursar.

If you would like to sign up for the new Penmen Cash account, you will be able to use it at participating off campus locations.
